Who's 'Sami' - the Sales & Marketing Interface?
So who or what is Sami then? Well, he's quite a few things but first and foremost he's here to make sure that if you want to know about supporter360 you don't need to wait for someone from appiChar to get back to you.
In addition, we're not the greatest fans of 'sales' in the traditional sense. We've had the 'if you buy it today you get a 15% discount' too often to know that they put it up 15% before they made the offer!
So instead of employing 100 sales people with targets to hit, we created Sami, our Sales & Marketing Interface - he doesn't need much, just your attention and regular visits and he's perfectly happy. No targets to hit, no bonuses to spend, no telling you things you like to hear. Just the facts and what we think is an awesome product to back it up.
