supporter360 Implementation Consultant - Australia

Job Description

You will be assisting in the implementation of supporter360 for our customers. You will have involvement in all aspects of the implementation including scoping, analysis, customisation (not including programming) and user training.

As we’re building a team we’re looking for a range of different people – if you think you’ve got what it takes but don’t meet all the requirements get in touch anyway. The main ingredients we’re looking for are enthusiasm to learn, great customer facing skills and a good brain.

Excellent all round knowledge of

  • Salesforce implementation & administration experience
  • The not-for-profit sector a bonus 
  • Documentation writing 
  • Delivering training 
  • Project management 

Excellent all round knowledge of

  • Excellent telephone manner and customer-facing skills 
  • Need to be highly motivated to learn and grow your skills

Job Details

You will be based in the appiChar office in North Sydney or in our Melbourne office. 

The hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00 to 17.30 although out of hours and weekend work may be required occasionally (and appropriately compensated for).

Probation period of 6 months.

Applicants must be either an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen.
