supporter360 consists of the 'core CRM' and major modules on top. It's possible that many users within the organisation won't need one of the major modules so will only need to pay for core CRM but will still be able to see data (if your security-model permits) and access core functionality. If a user requires a major module such as fundraising then they will need core CRM plus fundraising. They can also add membership or volunteer management or any other modules we create in the future.
