For years we watched on the sidelines as the not-for-profit organisations we worked with struggled with expensive, unintuitive, over-priced databases that there seemed no alternative.
Then we discovered the Salesforce platform and realised it was the answer everyone had dreamed of…but it needed a little work to make it absolutely perfect.
So our mission was clear – what did we need to do to make Salesforce seem like it was designed with the not-for-profit sector in mind?
Some time later, out popped supporter360 and the rest is…the future. Before we had even completed the product we had 25 organisations of all shapes and sizes signed up ready to go with a combined income of over $500m – half a billion dollars.
